A look back at Foton’s 2024 light-commercial preview

Ahead of its 2024 South African product launch, Foton outlined plans for a new generation of light commercial vehicles. The preview described an offering that would include diesel models and fully electric commercial vehicles.
That combination reflected different operating requirements within commercial transport. A business moving goods between nearby customers may evaluate its next vehicle differently from one regularly covering long regional routes.
